What is the most respected industrial organization psychology journal?

I'm looking for one that might focus on leadership.

1. The tiers of the journals depend on breadth of readership. For example, the top tier spans all disciplines (Science, Nature). As you focus, the level of readership goes down. Journal of Applied Psychology is one of the most respected. After that is it Journal of Personality and Social Psychology. If you are looking for specifically leadership, you may not have the top tier journal but it will have what you are looking for - Leadership Quarterly.
